Reasons why I like this photo: it it simple. The only objects in this photo are these flowers, and my backyard wall.
It represents natural beauty. These wildflowers randomly started growing in my backyard this spring, so I took pictures of them. They are not edited. They are not filterized. They simply grew where they were placed and are beautiful.
The colors. The grey, pink, and green aspects of this photo are very aesthetically pleasing to me. They are gentle on the eye and it is pleasing to look at.
The focus is pretty radical. The flowers closest to me are out of focus, where as the ones furthest away are in focus and the center of the photo. The flowers on the side are also in focus, a technique I'm trying to hone in on.
